Maria Paz G. Esguerra has worked in the higher education and non-profit sectors for over a decade. Her interests include evaluation, program assessment, volunteer management, and organizational development.
Maria Paz has a Ph.D. in History from the University of Michigan.
ROLLIN G. JOHNSON JR.
Co-Principal
Rollin G. Johnson Jr. brings over 15 years of experience in program management, community relations, and strategic planning. His career and work has focused on deepening the impact of people, program operations, and universities within their communities.
Rollin holds a M.B.A. from The Scott L. Carmona College of Business at Saginaw Valley State University.
